Returns Policy

The Western Boot Barn strives to ensure you are satisfied.

We want you to love what you've ordered.

All orders delivered in Australia can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you return what you have bought for replacement or refund, it must be in original condition and in its original packaging. We will send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style (settling any difference in price). Alternatively, we will refund your money in full. Please use the form that arrives with your purchase to make such a return.

The customer is fully responsible for the cost of the return postage.

Please note customers are asked to send returned product to the address given on our Returns Form and you are responsible for the goods until we have received them at that address. Please record your postage or courier tracking number when sending a return.

If you live outside Australia, then you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the goods to Western Boot Barn and we will offer a full refund for the goods but not shipping. Exchanges for overseas customers except New Zealand will bear our standard shipping charges.

All exchanges are delivered to customers in Australia and New Zealand free of charge.

If you are returning products made of snakeskin or other exotic material from outside Australia, you will first need to apply for an export permit from your country and we will then need to apply for an Australian import permit before you can ship the goods, otherwise the goods will be liable for confiscation by the authorities without compensation. Please first liaise with our Returns Department before making any such return.

On the other hand, if you think there is something wrong with your purchase, we will always consider and assess your complaint. If it proves there is a fault of manufacture then we will replace the goods or refund your money in full. In this case, please first contact us by email with details of the problem, including a photograph if possible, at for an approval number and the mailing address of the Western Boot Barn’s Faulty Returns department.
