Shipping Policy

All Western Boot Barn orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Orders are normally dispatched on the same business day or the following morning that our warehouse is open.

We do not charge freight for any orders being delivered within Australia and New Zealand.

Express Post is only offered to Australian customers with delivery postcodes where Australia Post guarantees overnight delivery.
When available, this can be found in checkout and attracts an extra charge.

Orders for delivery outside Australia and New Zealand are subject to a shipping charge paid at the time of placing order.

  • Please note that our international delivery rates do not include any duties, fees and taxes charged by the country of destination. We recommend you first check what duties etc may be payable at your country of destination before making your purchase.
  • We have set the international rates to a maximum of 4 pairs of boots and/or 4 belts per order. Please contact us if you wish to place an order for more than those quantities.
  • Orders for snakeskin and other exotic leathers require an Australian export permit for overseas delivery, which takes at least 21 days to arrange. We will apply for the export permit after your order has been confirmed and paid for. Some countries may require you to apply for an import permit and we will check this information for you, if you require.

Domestic deliveries are shipped and tracked with Australia Post’s eParcel service.

International deliveries are shipped and tracked with Australia Post International.

You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.
